I admire your concern and I support the author for addressing the issue. Problems like these need immediate solutions and should not be ignored, since the passenger’s life is in danger. This airline should undergo further investigation in order to avoid such incidents.

Not to be critical, but perhaps a better name for your site would more noticed. I first came here thinking about how Delta airlines sucks, but after reading your story, I have nothing to complain about. The reason I say about the name( & it does get attention) is something more geared toward the situation as everyone needs to read this. I can’t recall for sure but I believe I watched something a few years back on a show call Mayday that did a segment on flight 261. I hope things have gotten better for you since you posted this, as it has been some time. I just finished a 4 year lawsuit against my county for negligence so I know how frustrating & upsetting it can be. I hope all is well. God bless.
